new outfits, a stage, and the chance to see all our dance friends?? count us in!! a local school invited us to dance at their carnival this afternoon. for never having been on a stage like this before, the girls did very well. at first, big sister was slowed down at the sight of a real audience, but she quickly got over it and into the routine. she is the oldest in her class and has really stepped into a leadership role. she knows all the moves and the other girls follow her when they can't see the teacher.
and what did all of this hard work earn us? a big bag of cotton candy! pink, of course. YUM!
