first, big sister earned a 110 on her spelling test - after getting only 7 of 10 words right on thursday's quiz. but 2 of the 3 words she missed were brand new!! it turns out that two sets of word lists were sent home on monday, so some kids had 2 words substituted with words that were not on the official list. so to make it fair - there were bonus points given if you spelled all 12 words correctly. i think mrs. L should offer bonus words every week - if it turns out like this each time... :-)
then yesterday - big sister's wiggly, wobbly lower left lateral incisor came out. cha-ching!
i just hope some of these teeth start growing back soon!
