mix 2 sisters with 3 cousins. fold in 1 friend from kindergarten and 2 friends from 1st grade. let sit for 2 minutes. gradually add, one at a time, 4 friends from daycare. just before serving, sprinkle with 2 more friends. serve immediately, and enjoy! yields 14 happy kids.
today was the girl's joint birthday party at young chef's academy. they were surrounded by cousins and friends, and each got to make a mini pizza, decorate cupcakes, and personalize their own chef's hat. we were very happy to have so many kids (12) come and celebrate. it's rough having two summer birthdays & trying to get kids from school to attend a party, so this year's joint offering was just perfect.
little sister enjoyed making the pizza, but was just not into eating it - she was pretty vocal when the pizzas came out of the oven about how she does NOT like pizza. everyone around her was vying to get a bite of hers, since she did not want to eat it anyway. as for the cupcake, however - she had no trouble devouring that!
