with a gentle rain falling outside, we spent the afternoon indoors at the 8th birthday party of one of our soccer friends. almost the whole team came out to celebrate. i was glad to see my kids were not the only ones in need of the trainer wheels.
the girls tried to skate on their own some, and are better than they were last time but still need lots of practice. with this being their 2nd time on skates, they did well with no major mishaps. daddy and i skated around hand-in-hand with little sister which she really enjoyed. we were all pretty tired by the end of the party.
